Last Chance to hear Leipzig!

Ever wondered what a choir might get up to when it goes abroad singing?

It might all sound very ordinary, but nothing could be further from the truth......!

Intrigued?

To find out more, why not come to our pre-Concert Tour at Shirley Methodist Church, Stratford Road, Shirley at 7.30pm on Saturday 29th July and hear the music which we will be singing in Leipzig? Refreshments will be served in the interval, and there is free parking behind the Church in the Iceland car park.

You will be entertained by magnificent Mendelssohn, elegant Elgar and blistering Bach. Oh, and a bit of harmonious Handel as well, coupled with a splendid organ solo from our Tour accompanist Stephen Perrins, and some musical theatre from soloist Rosemary Asher.

Once we hit Germany, you can follow our adventures via this blog. The X Factor has nothing on us!

Hopefully you'll then realise that being in a choir is the best amount of fun anyone can have, and you'd be most welcome to come and see for yourself in September when we return to rehearsals after our foreign exploits. We are a friendly group who love to enjoy themselves!

If joining a choir is not for you, but you've enjoyed listening to us sing and/or watching our escapades from afar, please follow us on via our blogs, Facebook page and website. We'd love to see you at our forthcoming concerts for our 2017-18 season.
